How do I return
my item?
Not satisfied with
your order? No problem! Our Easy-to-Return
process takes only a few minutes!

2. You will
instantly receive an email with a Return
Authorization Number and address to return
items.
3. When we receive
your item(s) your account will be immediately
credited! It is that easy!

We suggest you
insure your return package, as we are not
responsible for any items that are
lost/damaged in return shipment. No refund
will be given for damaged items due to poor
packaging.

The package must
be received within 30 days of receipt
of your order.

What is your
return policy?
Here at Shop for
Bridal, were not happy unless you are! If you
are not completely satisfied, we will refund
your money as long as we receive the return
within 30 days of purchase.
* Please note the following items can
not be returned.
The following
is a list of non-returnable items:
Personalized or engraved products
All Dresses (Bridal, bridesmaid and flowergirl)
All lingerie products including undergarments
Perishable or confectionary products
Return
Requirements:
All items must be unused and in saleable
condition.
All items must be returned within 30 days.
When multiple tiaras
are purchased in a single order, a 20%
restocking fee is charged for the returned
tiara(s). Our tiaras are both beautiful and
delicate. The more times a tiara is shipped,
the more chance of damage to the tiaras.
We reserve the right to reject any
returns/exchanges that do not meet these
conditions.
Shipping charges
are not refundable unless it is our error.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent
back to the customer.
Damaged Items
We take extreme
care to insure your order arrives safely.
However, because of the delicate nature of many
bridal accessories, there may be occasions when
goods arrive damaged. Please open your package
immediately and inspect all items. We must
receive notification of damaged items within
five days.
